Myatt Consulting is a professional consulting firm specialising in assurance, and advisory services. We work with organisations to strengthen governance and control frameworks, manage risk and improve performance through objective, risk-based assurance and practical, tailored advice.

Our experience
Our Director, Ei Shwe Myatt, brings more than 20 years of senior management and professional services experience across internal audit, risk management, governance, fraud control, compliance, finance and people management. Her experience spans the energy, water, health, education and aviation sectors, as well as Commonwealth government, not-for-profit and consulting environments.
Ei has extensive experience establishing and strengthening business functions, developing strategies, enhancing governance frameworks, delivering complex programs, managing high-value contracts, leading teams, and delivering internal audits, governance reviews and business improvement engagements. She has been recognised throughout her career for her professional achievements and commitment to excellence.
Ei also serves as a Non-Executive Director and is highly regarded by Boards and Executive teams across a range of organisations.
Ei holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Information Systems) from the Australian National University (ANU) and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Australia.
